  Went in yesterday to get a patriots win coffee. The server was very polite and efficient, but the app didn't work; I was charged full price. He went to speak to the manager and s/he said I must have used the coupon, so I showed the server my card transactions and there were none for that day. The server said they were having issues with the new app and the manager said he could not give me a coffee or credit. What??? So I took a refund instead and left without a coffee. I called last night and went in today and I have not received anything but poor customer service. No coffee, no resolution. I asked for the store managers number. I will call when he is there. Extremely poor customer service. To throw out a coffee rather than to have customer loyalty just does not make sense.

  It's Dunkin' Donuts. So they don't have a lot. But what they do, they do pretty well.
